Billing Number
On a California Live Scan application form, the Billing Number is an optional field used only when an agency or organization is paying for the DOJ/FBI background check fees on behalf of the applicant. To verify if your application comes with a billing number, verify your request for live scan form. If there is no billing number that means you are responsible for the state fees that apply to your application.
